Louisiana-Pacific Oriented Strand Board Sheathing

Ryland Homes in my subdivision, about 400-500 of them, were built with Louisiana-Pacific Oriented Strand Board Sheathing This product was the subject of a class action suit and a settlement has been approved. See the settlement website for detailed information. I will have pictures of OSB later. Although I have not seen any damage to my OSB or any of my neighbors homes, you should be aware of the settlement. Check your roof for possible problems.
