Description and Mission

EIFSFACTS.ORG was orginally the web site of the Northern Virginia Stucco Home-Owner's Coalition, a non-profit coalition of homeowners founded in 1998. NOVASHOC's mission was to get the truth about moisture intrusion problems in EIFS (the most popular type of synthetic stucco) out to homeowners, potential home-buyers and professionals involved in the construction and sales industries. The impetuous for the group's formation was the discovery by the founders, co-founders and several charter members of moisture intrusion damage in their own homes.

This site has become a premier, central repository of information.

This site is owned and maintained by Charlie McMillion, an EIFS home-owner and one of the home-owners featured on the NBC Dateline EIFS investigation.
