On April 17, 1998 the North Carolina Bar Foundation, Department of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) held a seminar to educate attornies becoming involved in EIFS litigation. The Seminar was entitled "Stucco Litigation - A Complete Perspective". This seminar covered all aspects of the problems, from the history of EIFS to the hard facts of what was found in Wilmington to the technical aspects of moisture damage. The seminar was video-taped. This is, in our opinion, absolutely essential viewing for any attorny becoming involved in EIFS litigation.

A 4-tape recording of the seminar, complete with printed copies of presentation outlines and minutes, is available from the NCBF/CLE. The price in late 1998 was approximatly $149.
