Dear Mr. McMillion,
It has been brought to my attention by several sources that your web site novashoc.org contains incorrect information about our organization. Your site includes a so-called "Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau EIFS Public Relations Program" memo, which was a PROPOSAL brought to the Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau (NWCB) Board of Directors by a party in the EIFS industry. The proposal was not approved by the NWCB Board of Directors, and it is not a program of the NWCB. I am very curious as to who would present this proposal to you as factual information?!
Please remove any references to this document and to the NWCB from your site immediately. You cooperation will be appreciated.
