This page previously contained information about the first PA settlement we've heard of. The plaintiff's attorney, David J. Rosenberg, graciously provided information on his successful settlement. Unfortunatly, the manufacturer was not very happy about us having the information here. So, in the interest of focusing legal activities on the real issue, we have complied with Mr. Rosenberg's request to remove the information.
